IMHO, the best place to play in Tampa is Tampa Lanes, on Dale Mabry just south of Waters, because they have all the latest Williams/Bally games.

And the best place to play in the whole Tampa Bay area is the Treasure Island Fun Center, on Gulf Boulevard a couple of blocks south of the Treasure Island causeway. Their games, especially their AFM, are in better condition than anywhere else I've found around here. (They also have ToM.)

As for Twister, I don't know where to find one around here.
